Capacity-building: at the heart of the EYWEP project’s approach
The distinctive feature of the EYWEP project lies, above all, in a strategic approach focused on capacity-building for young people and women, as well as on mentoring. Recognising the rapid changes in the labour market and the growing demand for skills, the project establishes funding and mentoring mechanisms to address both the economic realities and the career aspirations of its beneficiaries.
This is a practical, action-oriented educational approach which, through EYWEP, enables participants to acquire skills that can be directly applied in their career paths. This approach not only promotes employability but also fosters the capacity for entrepreneurship and innovation. By equipping beneficiaries with relevant and competitive skills, the project contributes to their sustainable integration into the world of work, whilst strengthening their economic independence and their role as agents of development.
